the vicious feline stared at the screeching tyres of the accord... less than 3 seconds ago, the same had almost flattened the scrawny cat on the concrete... afternoon siestas are just not what they used to be... gone are the days when the average stray cat could laze around on a spot, reeking of sloth... the extended yawns, body lickings, carefree attitude have given way partly to the unavoidable sense of dread, that something could be lurking around the corner, poisonous fumes, radial tyres, trash, human scorn...
cats have always been victimised as pampered, stereotyped as being lazy and high-aired, disgusting and treacherous... they arent any of that.. being descendents of the big cats, the rulers of the jungle.. they have inherited the royalty.. they just feel the need to look down at others.. nothing arrogant, just genes at work...hence the coined phrase goes.. 'treat a dog nice, it treats u like a god,.. treat a cat nice, it believes it is god'
how utterly sweet....u deserve a cat as a pet...wait for ur bday....
