how do you remain undetectable to cockroaches and mosquitoes? The bane of every household--multiple clans of these 2 species can wreck havoc and melt the resolve of even the strongest of minds.. the universally hated duo...i, like most, like to eat at my desk, watching some movie, videos, listen to songs, surf the web, whatever,.. and yes, no matter how drab or delicious the food is, the invisible trail of aroma will bring these 2 out of their lairs.. so they say that roaches can survive a nuclear war.
bah! how i wish one could just collect ALL the damned specimens of each, and roast their sorry microscopic arses alive.. mother earth can sure do without these 2 clogging her ecosystem.. no-one needs them.. im sure they dont belong or form any integral part of any life cycle.. they're the nature's version of the appendix or tonsils.. tolerable when unnoticed, a pain-in-the-neck when they start acting up.
roll the mumbai mirror, and BAM!.. and the dead roach elicits a sort of twisted sick form of joy.. as u find yourself think "thats one less creature in this house" but no..u kill one, there's some mamma roach producing a battery of little roaches.. the real terrors are the flying roaches.. u mishit and your chance for the day is squandered.. mosquitoes are like sedated houseflies.. they dont have impressive reflexes.. always floating around disinteresed.. playing with their lives everytime they're in the vicinity of humans.
how i wish geneticists engineer an anti-mosquito gene for roaches and an anti-roach one for the mosquitoes.. divide and rule.. yeah!
i should like to add the pigeon to your list. they don't carry letters anymore plus they poop everywhere. what would be cool is if pigeons shat mosquite repellent shit or if they ate roaches. but none of that seems to be happening in the near future... so let them survive only in picture books. thanks for posting this.
